The Front Desk Wellness Concierge at Redmint Urban Wellness Sanctuary plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operational flow of the sanctuary’s front desk, herbal bar, and retail areas. This position is integral to providing exceptional customer experiences by greeting guests warmly, managing appointment bookings, answering inquiries about services and products, and recommending memberships tailored to guests’ wellness needs. The concierge is responsible for maintaining an organized and welcoming environment, accurately handling transactions, and preparing herbal bar beverages with care. This role demands professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for wellness service. The Front Desk Wellness Concierge will act as the first point of contact for the sanctuary’s guests, embodying the ethos of Redmint through attentive service, promoting wellness programs, and ensuring all guests feel valued and cared for throughout their visit. Job Requirements

Minimum of three years customer service experience
Spa, fitness, or wellness experience preferred
College degree preferred
San Francisco residency preferred

Proficiency with MindBody booking system
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with herbal products and beverages preferred

Job Duties

Be on time for your shift
Properly open and close Redmint urban wellness sanctuary daily according to standard operating procedures
Accurately book, change and cancel appointments
Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the facilities in a friendly, professional manner
Tour guests and provide detailed explanations of treatments, memberships, packages, services, facility features and hours of operation
Understand and maintain proficiency with MindBody booking system
Maintain a desk bank with correct change
Answer the phone within three rings and use the guest's name twice throughout the phone conversation
Actively promote Redmint services and products, memberships, as well as programs, promotions and events
Dispense beverages from herbal bar as requested by guests while keeping area fully stocked and maintaining cleanliness standards
Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously
Maintain a clean and fully stocked and well-organized work area that meets all food safety standards
Assist in all areas of wellness sanctuary operation as requested by management
