Known for its commitment to excellence, Stratton Amenities aims to enhance the living experience of residents by providing superior customer service and maintaining orderly, hospitable environments within residential buildings. The company operates within the competitive hospitality staffing industry with a firm focus on luxury residential settings, providing both full-time and part-time employment opportunities to meet varying client and staffing needs.
The role of the Front Desk Associate at Stratton Amenities is pivotal in managing the front desk operations of these upscale residential communities. The position demands a polished, hospitality-oriented demeanor combined with strong communication skills and attention to detail. Associates serve as the first point of contact, greeting residents and guests promptly and professionally, managing building access, visitor logs, and resident notifications with precision. They are instrumental in answering phone calls courteously, logging packages and deliveries accurately, and ensuring that the front desk area remains organized and secure at all times.
This role is suited for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, customer-facing environments, requiring composure, attentiveness, and a professional appearance throughout their shift. It involves monitoring lobby activities and effectively communicating any concerns or incidents to the appropriate parties. Working closely with property management and on-site staff, the Front Desk Associate ensures that property-specific policies and Stratton service standards are consistently upheld. The position offers flexible scheduling options including day, evening, and overnight shifts, accommodating both full-time and part-time staff according to property demands.
Compensation is competitive and reflective of experience and schedule commitments, with clear pathways for career growth into lead or full-time site roles. The work environment is indoor and active, with an expectation to stand, walk, and maintain constant presence within the lobby area. As a respected equal opportunity employer, Stratton Amenities welcomes applicants committed to delivering exceptional resident service and contributing positively to the community atmosphere. This job offers an enriching opportunity for those eager to build a career within the hospitality staffing sector, particularly in a luxury residential context, emphasizing customer service excellence, reliability, and professionalism.
