This opportunity is for a part-time Concierge/Front Desk Associate at the Village on Morehead location. This position offers a pay rate of $18.00 per hour and involves working weekend evening shifts from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. The role is pivotal in shaping the first impressions of the community for residents, their families, prospective residents, guests, and employees. As the first point of contact, the concierge must present a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor. The role demands a friendly and focused individual who is detail-oriented and capable of promptly responding to a variety of requests.
Moreover, the concierge must have a genuine interest in working with seniors and possess the patience and tolerance necessary to handle behaviors associated with dementia and other aging processes. Job Duties
- greet residents families prospective residents guests and employees in a welcoming and professional manner
- provide accurate and timely information to inquiries and requests
- monitor and maintain front desk activities and operations during shifts
- handle phone calls and direct them appropriately
- assist residents with various needs and coordinate services
- maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- promptly respond to emergencies and report unusual incidents as necessary
