The ideal candidate is someone who possesses excellent communication and customer service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Familiarity with HIPAA requirements and competence in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel are essential. Physical capability to perform duties including lifting up to 40 pounds and working in diverse environments is also necessary.
