Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred
  • Ability to work night shifts from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
  • Basic computer skills
  • Adherence to COVID-19 safety protocols

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests, residents, and vendors with a warm and friendly attitude
  • Monitor the comings and goings to ensure safety within the community
  • Remain calm and composed while handling emergencies efficiently and effectively
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned, including answering phones, managing schedules, and maintaining records
  • Ensure proper adherence to COVID protocols and safety guidelines for all guests and employees
  • Assist staff and management with day-to-day front desk operations as needed
