Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred
- Ability to work night shifts from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests, residents, and vendors with a warm and friendly attitude
- Monitor the comings and goings to ensure safety within the community
- Remain calm and composed while handling emergencies efficiently and effectively
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned, including answering phones, managing schedules, and maintaining records
- Ensure proper adherence to COVID protocols and safety guidelines for all guests and employees
- Assist staff and management with day-to-day front desk operations as needed
