Concord Hospitality is currently seeking a Front Desk Clerk, also known as a Guest Services Clerk, to join their team. This role is crucial to the guest experience, serving as the central point of interaction from the moment guests arrive until their departure. The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for ensuring that every guest feels welcomed, supported, and valued during their stay. The position requires a proactive, responsive, and caring approach, with a focus on maintaining high standards of service and hospitality. The ideal candidate is personable, enjoys engaging with guests, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service that creates memorable experiences.

As a Front Desk Clerk at Concord Hospitality, you will manage a variety of guest services tasks including assisting guests efficiently and courteously, handling guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction, posting charges, collecting payments, and managing cash handling procedures accurately. You will also be responsible for managing guest mail and messages with a high degree of professionalism and privacy. Staying informed about the hotel brand, travel programs, and special offers will allow you to provide guests with up-to-date information and recommendations.

The role demands excellent communication skills to effectively relay guest feedback to various hotel departments and management, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery. You will be the first point of contact for calls, lobby visitors, and team members needing assistance, requiring a quick and helpful response. Maintaining full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures is an essential part of the job, ensuring guest welfare and readiness to respond in any situation.

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $20. Job Requirements
