As a company deeply committed to inclusion and diversity, WeWork nurtures a dynamic culture where everyone is encouraged to bring their unique perspectives, fostering a workplace where creativity and collaboration flourish.

The role of Front Desk Associate at WeWork is an integral position within the company’s hospitality team. As the welcoming face of WeWork, Front Desk Associates serve as the primary point of contact for members and guests. This position operates on weekdays and involves working at one of WeWork’s distinctive locations, supporting the Community Management team. The role varies depending on the assigned location; some associates engage with a diverse range of members and industries, while others focus on enterprise clients, which may involve different operational procedures, technology systems, and management duties.

Front Desk Associates are responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that reflects WeWork’s core values. They collaborate closely with Community Associates, Leads, and Managers to maintain a seamless and positive member experience.

In addition to administrative duties, the role emphasizes building strong relationships within the community. They also assist with the maintenance of building amenities and respond promptly to emergencies or incidents, ensuring the safety and comfort of all occupants.

Ideal candidates are personable, energetic, and adept at multitasking. They possess strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. A background in hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team are essential. Through this role, individuals contribute significantly to creating a positive environment that enhances the WeWork community experience.

Compensation for this role is competitive, offering a base pay of $21.00 - $22.00 per hour. Additionally, employees are eligible for incentive plans tailored to their specific role, which can be further explained by the recruiter. Full-time employees benefit from comprehensive packages including 20 days of paid time off, approximately 13 paid holidays, 80 hours of paid sick time annually, 16 weeks of paid parental leave, healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, and life and AD&D insurance.

At WeWork, employees are more than just workers; they are part of a vibrant community where innovation, passion, and purpose come together.
