Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential qualities, as the role involves monitoring and operating electronic security control systems, maintaining accurate daily logs, records, and forms, and managing access efficiently.

In addition to routine front desk responsibilities, the Front Desk Associate plays a crucial role in emergency response management. They must be ready to understand and react swiftly to emergency situations, following established protocols to ensure the safety and security of all residents and staff. The role demands vigilance in monitoring security systems and controlling access to the building, mitigating potential risks before they escalate. The position involves physical tasks such as lifting and handling packages as well as the flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and extended hours, according to operational needs.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $9 to $20 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The company offers comprehensive benefits, including multiple medical, dental, and vision plans, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401k with company match, reflecting its commitment to employee well-being and financial security. Occasional travel may be required for training and company functions, emphasizing the company's investment in professional development.

Overall, this Front Desk Associate position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with strong customer service and communication skills who thrive in a dynamic environment.
