We are currently seeking a dedicated Front Desk Associate to join our enthusiastic team at Hampton Inn & Suites Elk Grove. This is a full-time position requiring weekend availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The starting compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.06 per hour, depending on the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and the specific location within the hotel. The role of the Front Desk Associate is critical to the overall guest experience, serving as the first point of contact for guests checking in and out, addressing inquiries, and addressing any issues that arise during their stay.

As a Front Desk Associate, your responsibilities will include welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor, verifying credit, managing any special requests, and assisting with administrative tasks such as handling faxes, packages, and mail. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests in a warm and outgoing manner, offering information about hotel services, local dining options, attractions, and travel directions. Working collaboratively with other hotel departments is essential to ensure smooth operations and a positive environment for both guests and colleagues. Additionally, you may be called upon to support shuttle driving and concierge duties based on the needs of the hotel.

This role requires strong communication skills, comfort using a Property Management System (PMS), and the ability to quickly learn new computer software. Physical demands include standing for the duration of shifts and working flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Job Requirements
