The Front Desk Clerk or Guest Services Clerk role at Concord Hospitality places you at the very heart of guest interaction, serving as the first point of contact for guests from arrival to departure.   • Prior hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
