Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous hospitality experience preferred
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Ability to stand during entire shift
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to handle stressful and high pressure situations
  • Must effectively listen understand clarify and resolve concerns
  • Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree with emphasis in hotel management hospitality management or related fields preferred
  • Previous hospitality experience preferred
  • Knowledge of accounting principles
  • Experience handling cash accounting procedures and general administrative tasks
  • Ability to assimilate complex information and data from disparate sources and adjust to meet constraints
  • Effective in handling problems including anticipation prevention identification and solving
  • Ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Provide attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly efficient and courteous manner
  • Respond to all guests' requests problems complaints and/or accidents presented at the front desk or through reservations in an attentive courteous and efficient manner
  • Answer all guest inquiries (i.e. hotel services and amenities the area etc.)
  • Ensure delivery of packages mail and messages as needed to guests
  • Follow all Lexima/Brand credit policies
  • Be aware of all rates packages and special promotions
