- Hotel receptionist job experience is a plus
- Great listening, speaking, presentation, and up sell skills
- Multitasking is a must
- Strong organizational skills
- 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Check guests in and out in a professional and friendly manner
- Display the ability to communicate discount and up sell strategies
- Accommodate guests' special requests and VIP arrivals with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- Book lodging reservations using knowledge of occupancy levels as well as answer softphone calls when appropriate
- Respond to guest questions and take action to resolve customer complaints
- Verify guest payments and process credit cards
- Protect guest privacy
- Assist guests with restaurant and spa reservations and general knowledge of the resort
- Assist guest services (Concierge) when needed
- Update guest tiles with phone number and email address at check in
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by manager or supervisor
