Job Duties

  • Greet guests and answer any questions they have about the hotel or local area
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel
  • Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional manner
  • Process payments for rooms and services
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and special packages
  • Monitor and update reservations system
  • Provide concierge services, such as making restaurant reservations and providing directions
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
  • Prepare and distribute guest key cards
  • Keep the front desk area and lobby tidy and presentable
  • Follow security and emergency procedures
