Job Duties
- Greet guests and answer any questions they have about the hotel or local area
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional manner
- Process payments for rooms and services
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and special packages
- Monitor and update reservations system
- Provide concierge services, such as making restaurant reservations and providing directions
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
- Prepare and distribute guest key cards
- Keep the front desk area and lobby tidy and presentable
- Follow security and emergency procedures
