Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to multitask
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules based on hotel operational needs

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer and point-of-sale skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred experience with Marriott and Light Speed PMS and operational software including Windows and Excel
