Flexibility is essential in this role, as shifts may vary, including days, evenings, and weekends to accommodate the hotel’s operational needs and the candidate’s personal life balance. Strong computer skills and a collaborative team spirit are required, with Marriott brand experience viewed as a plus.

It is dedicated to fostering open and honest conversations around race, equity, diversity, and inclusion, and continually evolving its practices through training and diverse talent recruitment. Joining Crescent Hotels & Resorts means joining a company where you truly belong, are cared for, and are empowered to shine bright in your hospitality career. This role offers competitive wages, an exceptional benefits plan for eligible associates and their families, a 401K matching program, flexible scheduling, and exclusive discounts at Crescent-managed properties across North America as well as Marriott brand properties worldwide.
