The position of Guest Services Agent at Aqua Aston Hospitality is a full-time, hourly role with a competitive rate of $19.10 per hour. This role requires availability to work 1st or 2nd shifts, including weekends and holidays. As a Guest Services Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service by assisting AAH Owners and guests throughout their stay. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that guests feel welcomed and comfortable, helping them navigate the property amenities, services, and local areas of interest. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, problem-solving, and contributing to memorable vacation experiences.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests during check-in, providing clear information about villa features, property services, and activities. You will actively listen to guest inquiries and concerns, responding with positivity and professionalism while coordinating with other departments to resolve any issues promptly. The ability to follow up with guests to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved is crucial. Additionally, you may assist with bellman and runner duties depending on the location, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
- Lift/carry/push/pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance
- Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency in handling guest inquiries and resolving issues
- Basic computer skills
- Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Checks Owners/guests into their villas for their stay, and reviews property amenities, services, hours of operations, and local areas of interest and activities
- Actively listens and responds positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests and contacts other departments to help resolve guest issues
- Identifies and explains room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, ice, and vending areas, etc.)
- Follow up with Owner/guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction
- Answers telephone calls and routes calls to the proper department as applicable
- May be asked to assist with bellman and runner duties depending on facility or location
- Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
