The Front Desk Agent at Four Seasons Residence Club Scottsdale serves as the vital first point of contact for Residence Club owners and guests. This role demands a welcoming and professional demeanor, navigating the guest experience from arrival to departure with efficiency and warmth. Front Desk Agents are expected to handle guest inquiries, manage property reservations, and facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out process. They maintain high standards of customer service by offering personalized recommendations, addressing guest needs promptly, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. Key responsibilities include managing payments, issuing room keys, assisting with concierge requests, coordinating maintenance reports, and supporting guest movements within the property. The agent operates with a spirit of hospitality that prioritizes guest satisfaction while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

This full-time position typically involves working five 8-hour shifts per week, primarily starting at 6:30 a.m. or 2:30 p.m., with some flexibility to cover mid-shifts and occasional overtime based on business demands. The role is best suited for individuals with strong multitasking skills who remain calm under pressure and possess a positive, adaptable attitude. Proficiency in hospitality-related software such as Opera, HOTSOS, and Microsoft applications is highly regarded, alongside excellent communication skills in English and optionally another language. Previous experience in residential property management or guest services enhances the candidate’s fit for the position.

  • An additional language skill is a plus

Job Duties

  • Welcoming and registering residence club owners and guests
  • check-in/check-out, issuing keys, collecting method of payments, and verbal introduction and tour of the property
  • Answering, assisting, and completing guest requests via phone or email conversation
  • Successfully complete daily front desk checklist duties and foster a healthy team environment following a thorough pass on
  • Ability to use on-property POS system to merge, cancel, and extend guest reservations based on guests' movements
  • Assist Residence Club guests stay with all concierge requests including dining, local activities, car rentals, mailing and shipping etc.
  • Taking, submitting, communicating, and following up with all maintenance requests from both internal and external guests of Residence Club
  • Upkeeping the messages between departments, redirect as needed
  • Appropriate financial control including
  • in-house credit audits, managing cash banks, handling FS gift certificates, review negative postings, etc.
  • Report all guests' complaints and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Flexibility to cover Guest services shifts based on business demands
  • Supporting guests' movements
  • golf cart rides to and from resort, luggage assistance, newspaper deliveries, grill set up and cleaning, etc.
  • Upkeeping and maintaining the clubhouse cleanliness and service amenities
