Job Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles
- Previous receptionist or clerical experience preferred
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and data management
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette

Job Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service and assistance
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls accurately and courteously
- Handle all front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and visitor sign-in procedures
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and office supplies inventory
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document proofreading
- Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace to prepare reports and correspondence
- Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area
