Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and reservation systems
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process including verifying reservations processing payments and assigning rooms
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally escalating to management when necessary
  • Manage phone calls emails and in-person requests providing information about hotel services local attractions and general inquiries
  • Process guest check-outs efficiently including final billing and arranging transportation if needed
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information room availability and financial transactions
  • Assist with concierge services such as making restaurant reservations or recommending activities
  • Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean organized and presentable at all times
