This dedication to both guests and team members creates a thriving environment that drives the company's continued success and expansion.

The Front Desk Agent position is a crucial role within Excel Hotel Group, offering an hourly wage of $17.50 and designed for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. This role centers on the front-line interaction with guests, responsible for checking guests in and out efficiently and courteously using the hotel’s property management system. The agent ensures smooth processing of payments in accordance with established hotel policies, provides accurate information about hotel services, and handles inquiries with professionalism and warmth. The Front Desk Agent serves as the welcoming face of the hotel, making a lasting impression through a friendly and prompt reception.

This role requires an individual adept at multitasking, able to handle phone inquiries, manage guest registrations, issue room keys, and offer insights on room allocations and hotel amenities. When guest complaints arise, the Front Desk Agent is expected to respond effectively, providing service recovery tactics to guarantee overall guest satisfaction. This emphasizes the importance of problem-solving skills, patience, and empathy in handling various guest situations.
