Job Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- Ability to multitask and solve problems
- Good communication skills
- Basic math proficiency
- Knowledge of safety and loss prevention procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well with others and assist in training new staff

Job Duties
- Greet guests and register them upon arrival
- Make and modify reservations
- Perform hotel operator and concierge duties
- Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service throughout guest stay
- Maximize room revenue and occupancy through persuasive selling techniques
- Handle and resolve guest complaints professionally
- Operate front desk responsibilities including guest transactions, balancing reports, and cash control
- Communicate effectively using shift logbooks and reports
- Maintain key control and process lost and found items
- Assist in training new staff and participate in a positive work environment
- Work with other departments to ensure room status and repairs are up-to-date
- Implement safety and loss prevention policies and training
