Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of guest service experience
- prior experience in sales and marketing
- able to follow company policies and procedures
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work part-time or full-time
- reliable and punctual
- passion for skincare and customer service
Job Qualifications
- Guest service experience of at least one year
- prior sales and marketing experience
- preferred experience in a salon environment
- ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIE
- meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager
- maintain an organized schedule
- demonstrate, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIE products
- notify manager when supplies are low to ensure inventory is stocked
- assist in all in-store operational processes
- ensure store standards are adhered to at all times
- accurately follow company time keeping procedures
- attend mandatory product training and team meetings
- follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures before, during, and after services
- keep the store clean and fully stocked at all times
