  • Prior experience in event coordination hospitality or client-facing roles
  • Professional demeanor with confidence in interacting with senior executives
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Capable of quick problem-solving in real-time situations
  • Reliable punctual and adaptable to evening events
  • Availability to work Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday evenings
  • Comfortable interacting with senior-level delegates and clients

  • Experienced in customer service events recruitment hospitality or sales

Job Duties

  • Act as the primary on-site contact for events including dinners roundtables and conferences
  • Oversee event setup and breakdown in collaboration with venue staff
  • Collect printed materials and event supplies on the event day
  • Ensure all branding signage name badges and materials are correctly displayed
  • Welcome and register senior-level delegates speakers and clients
  • Keep the internal Blend team informed throughout the event
  • Troubleshoot any issues promptly and professionally
  • Provide a comprehensive recap of the event including notes and photos for the internal team
