Job Requirements

- frequent travel 50-75 percent
- ability to travel by air and drive long distances
- maintain home office space
- intermediate to advanced computer skills
- undergraduate or graduate degree
- five years relevant experience
Job Qualifications
- Undergraduate and/or graduate degree
- five years of direct experience in field operations-oriented leadership within food service or comparable multi-unit retail
- direct franchising experience highly preferred
- intermediate to advanced P&L analysis skills
- inventory and operations management experience
- advanced computer skills including MS Office
- familiarity with store back office tools such as Restaurant Magic or Data Central
- proven consultative and influencing skills
- strong negotiation and business acumen
- outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- self-starter with ability to work independently
- passion for fitness a plus
Job Duties
- Develop, coach, and mentor franchisees
- provide business and operational guidance while leading through influence
- recommend strategies to assist franchisees in creating superior operations
- collaborate with franchisees to enforce compliance with brand standards
- conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement
- lead analysis discussions on financial and operational KPIs
- diagnose and remove barriers affecting guest experience and store performance
- conduct onsite reviews and audits of franchise stores
- monitor and analyze guest feedback and social media for opportunities
- create and implement action plans to improve guest experience
- follow up on new store openings to ensure successful hand-offs
- coordinate with legal team for franchise compliance
- partner with field marketing to drive sales and new guest acquisition
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch operational programs
- represent Smoothie King on committees
- champion the brand mission and vision
- effectively plan and schedule travel calendar
