Job Duties
- Maintain high level of guest service in the TRIO restaurant
- Ensure consistent and thoughtful food and beverage service by staff
- Support the TRIO Restaurant Manager with training of new employees
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff conduct
- Assist in disciplining staff as needed
- Mentor and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service
- Monitor and maintain knowledge of cocktail and beverage lists and menus
