Job Duties
- Perform plating, set up and tear down of café, restaurant, retail areas
- Assist in kitchen operations including prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation
- Prepare and present meals following Executive Chef menus
- Inventory and portion ingredients accurately
- Create, transport, setup, serve and breakdown banquet-style food displays
- Provide excellent hospitality and guest experience
- Jump in as needed in busy kitchen and dining café environment as a substitute
