Job Description

Metz Culinary Management is a renowned leader in contract dining services, known for its dedication to restaurant-inspired hospitality and culinary excellence. As a family-driven company, Metz Culinary Management prides itself on creating a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel valued and empowered. With a strong reputation in the foodservice industry, Metz serves a wide range of clients across different settings including corporate dining, education, healthcare, and wellness sectors. Their passion for food and exceptional service sets them apart, making them a preferred partner for contract dining needs nationwide.

Currently, Metz Culinary Management is expanding its team and looking for enthusiastic Culinary and Hospitality Team Members who share their passion for food and customer service. They offer both full-time and part-time positions, making this a flexible opportunity suitable for culinary and hospitality graduates as well as seasoned professionals seeking growth or entry into the contract dining industry. Employees benefit from competitive wages, attractive benefits, and a unique DAILY PAY option, giving them flexibility and financial control over their earnings.

This role is ideal for individuals eager to launch or advance their careers in contract dining services. The company seeks team members who are not only skilled but also bring a positive attitude, a willingness to work hard, and a genuine smile to every customer interaction. Positions available vary by location and include Culinary Team Members, Line and Prep Cooks, and Dietary Aids focused on patient food service. Each role offers hands-on experience in culinary preparation, meal presentation, inventory management, sanitation, and, importantly, delivering hospitality that impresses guests.

Culinary Team Members are introduced to various facets of the dining services industry, learning front-of-house and back-of-house operations within a multi-dining outlet environment. They engage in tasks such as plating, setting up and tearing down dining areas, assisting with kitchen prep, and managing food inventories. This role is built on teamwork, strong work ethic, and a passion for food service.

Line and Prep Cooks take on the responsibility of preparing and presenting delicious meals in alignment with Executive Chef menus. These cooks must be adept in portioning ingredients and maintaining kitchen sanitation. While culinary experience or schooling is preferred, Metz Culinary Management is open to training motivated individuals with a passion for food.

Dietary Aids play a crucial role in ensuring patients and residents receive meals that meet dietary requirements under the guidance of Clinical Dietitians. Beyond food service, they provide compassionate and hospitable delivery of meals, focusing on exceptional patient care.

Metz Culinary Management values candidates who are hospitality-driven, have a team-oriented mindset, possess basic mathematical skills for inventory management, and are ready to contribute wherever needed in a flexible work environment. Employees undergo thorough background checks and drug screenings to maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism. If you are passionate about food and hospitality and seeking a dynamic and rewarding career in the contract dining sector, Metz Culinary Management offers the perfect platform to START or GROW your career.
