Job Duties

  • perform plating, set up and tear down of café, restaurant, retail areas
  • assist in kitchen including prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation
  • prepare and present meals following Executive Chef Menus
  • inventory and portion ingredients
  • ensure compliance with patient dietary instructions while delivering compassionate in-room meal service
  • assist with meal selection, tray setup, delivery and removal
  • maintain a hospitality-driven, team-oriented work environment with a positive attitude
