The manager’s active involvement in operations helps ensure superior customer satisfaction and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Maverik strongly supports employee growth, offering unlimited opportunities for professional development through promotions from within, regular salary increases, and programs designed to support career advancement. Full-time employees gain access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, company-paid life insurance, parental leave, and education assistance or reimbursement programs.

Physical demands of the job include frequent standing, walking, handling, and reaching both above shoulder level and below waist level. Tasks may also require bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, pushing, and lifting or moving objects up to 50 pounds. Food Service Managers must be able to work safely with equipment that generates high temperatures, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment to maintain workplace safety.
