Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent military or practical experience
- Proven sales experience preferably in foodservice or related industries
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to field measure and quote projects accurately
- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to pass background check after job offer acceptance
Job Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the foodservice industry including restaurant operations and kitchen layouts
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in foodservice or related industry
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain client rapport
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage sales pipeline, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical specifications and blueprints
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
Job Duties
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide tailored solutions
- Provide expert consultation on equipment selection, kitchen layout, and functionality
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to post-sale follow-up
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Maintain and update sales pipeline and track sales metrics
- Utilize technology tools to manage leads and client interactions
