This position is for a Food and Consumable Associate, a vital role in ensuring the store's food and consumable sections are well stocked, attractively presented, and efficiently operated. The hourly wage ranges from $14 to $27 per hour, with actual pay meeting or exceeding local minimum wage requirements. Additional financial incentives include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on factors such as schedule, location, season, and specific tasks performed. Multiple premiums may apply concurrently depending on eligibility.

In this role, associates focus on two primary objectives: taking excellent care of Walmart customers and creatively merchandising merchandise to enhance the shopping experience. Responsibilities include timely receipt and stocking of incoming merchandise onto the sales floor, as well as designing seasonal and promotional displays that meet customer needs and preferences. Food and Consumable Associates play a critical role in maintaining product availability, store cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and store performance.
