This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly wage ranging between $15 and $28 per hour, depending on experience and specific role requirements. Additionally, employees are eligible for performance-based incentives, which can be awarded quarterly or annually. There is also a possibility of premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on work schedules, facility location, seasonality, or specific tasks performed. Multiple premiums may apply simultaneously when the criteria are met, offering employees a flexible and rewarding compensation structure.
