Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- reliable transportation to Martinez location
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- availability for part-time shifts including openings and mornings
- compliant with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or merchandising experience a plus
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings and openings
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- basic math and organizational skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- receive and stock merchandise promptly
- create and maintain seasonal and promotional displays
- rotate stock to ensure product freshness
- provide excellent customer service and answer questions
- assist with inventory counts and merchandising audits
- maintain clean and organized sales floor
- follow safety and company policies at all times
