Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- reliable transportation to the Walmart Supercenter location
- ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or merchandising experience is an advantage
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- basic knowledge of inventory management
- ability to lift and move merchandise
- teamwork and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- stock incoming merchandise and move it to the sales floor
- create seasonal and promotional displays to attract customers
- maintain cleanliness and organization of product areas
- assist customers with locating products and answering questions
- monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
