We are currently seeking Food and Consumable Associates to join our team full-time. This role is integral to our store operations as it focuses on engaging directly with customers and contributing creatively to merchandising efforts. The associates in this position are responsible for moving incoming merchandise to the salesfloor and designing seasonal displays that align with current promotional campaigns and customer preferences. These responsibilities require attention to detail, understanding of product placement strategies, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. The position offers varied shifts, including opening and morning options, and provides a competitive hourly wage range between $15 and $28, along with performance-based incentives and premiums depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
