Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to work full-time or part-time
- ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- must pass background check and drug screening
- reliable transportation to work location
- availability during required shifts
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or grocery experience a plus
- ability to work flexible shifts including mid-shift and closing
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lift and move merchandise
- attention to detail and creativity for merchandising
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Duties
- move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor
- create seasonal display features to meet customer needs
- maintain cleanliness and organization of food and consumable departments
- provide friendly and efficient customer service
- ensure merchandise is properly stocked and labeled
- assist in inventory control and management
- follow all safety and company policies
