These roles offer a Monday through Friday schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with pay rates ranging from $18.00 to $19.00 per hour. The Food Unit Lead position is a critical role focused on coordinating the activities of food-service employees and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for customers, staff, and visitors. This role carries the rewarding responsibility of not only maintaining but exceeding company standards for food quality, presentation, sanitation, safety, and portion control. The Food Unit Lead also plays a vital leadership role by planning menus, overseeing meal service, managing employee training, assigning work, maintaining workflow efficiency, handling cash management, and ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.\n\nThis role requires at least two years of prior cooking experience, emphasizing the importance of culinary skills alongside leadership qualities. The position demands a proactive approach to customer service, including the ability to respond effectively to customer complaints both personally and through electronic communication. The Food Unit Lead will also be responsible for various administrative tasks such as inventory management, payroll record keeping, supply ordering, and preparing reports. Job Requirements

  • Two years of prior cooking experience required
  • ability to respond to customer complaints professionally
  • capability to work Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
  • must be able to perform essential job functions satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
  • maintain compliance with company policies including drug-free workplace
  • authorization to work in the U.S.
