Job Duties

assist in the development and testing of icing, filling, and bakery formulations
support r&d trials, including batching, scaling, and sample preparation
evaluate product attributes such as color, texture, stability, and flavor
document formulations, trial results, and observations accurately
support ingredient evaluations, including natural vs synthetic alternatives
help troubleshoot formulation and process challenges
maintain cleanliness and organization in the lab and pilot areas
