Job Requirements
- Six to twelve months of experience in food preparation and kitchen maintenance, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read, understand and speak English
- Skill in interacting effectively with guests, team members and managers
- Ability to work in a team-based environment
- Ability to perform under conditions of fluctuating workload
- Skill in adding and subtracting whole numbers, decimals and fractions
- Ability to measure dry and liquid food quantities accurately
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment including mixers, slicers, blenders, and sanitation tools
- Ability to learn and apply sanitation and safety procedures
- High school diploma preferred
- Background check
- Live Scan background check prior to employment
- Candidate must be 18 years or older
- Pre-placement physical exam
- Reading comprehension test
Job Qualifications
- Six to twelve months of experience in food preparation and general kitchen maintenance, or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to read, understand, and speak English sufficiently to perform job duties
- Skill in effective guest and team interaction in high volume settings
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to perform under fluctuating workload conditions
- Basic math skills for measurement and production adherence
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety rules
