Job Description

This is a Full-Time Food Services Manager position responsible for managing all phases of the food service operation at a Navy Exchange and its branches locations in Jacksonville, Florida. The role includes overseeing a full service production kitchen, multiple grab & go drop-off food service operations, and assessing contractual obligations with name brand restaurants like McDonalds and Panda Express.

Job Requirements

General Experience: 3 years of operational or technical supervisory position
Substitution of Education for Experience: 1 year of academic study in a food or management-related program may substitute for 9 months of experience up to a maximum of a 4-year bachelor's degree for 3 years of general experience
Specialized Experience: 1 year of responsible experience in multi-unit food service operational management, menu management, merchandising, procurement, inventory control, coordinating promotional events, knowledge of sanitation requirements, human resources supervision, and customer relations.
