As a Patient Meal Delivery and Food Service Specialist, the incumbent is responsible for preparing, assembling, and delivering patient meals while adhering strictly to quality, safety, and infection control standards. Responsibilities include replenishing supplies, serving guests with positive customer relations, maintaining sanitation practices, and performing dish room duties. The specialist plays a vital role in ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction by supporting the high-quality food preparation and service standards of Baptist Health.

This position requires the ability to work independently and the flexibility to perform a wide array of food service functions, often cross-training to assist and train others in the department.
