Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead and assist in preparation of food items for the day and date products
- coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations designated by the manager
- cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions
- use accurate portions when preparing and serving items on the line
- maintain daily temperature logs
- take samples of food items before serving customers
- alert management and pull food not meeting quality expectations
- complete opening and closing station checklists
- greet customers as they approach and leave the serving line
- handle customer complaints with a positive attitude
- maintain a clean work station including floors, equipment, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- clean and sanitize work areas and serving utensils
- dispose of waste accurately from the service line
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- assist with daily safety observations and report hazards
- cross-train in various areas as needed
- work in concessions, catering, and special events
- perform tasks requested by management
- advise employees on the line to ensure timely service
- request support for sanitation issues as needed
