The role available at the Alexandria, VA location on 150 Stovall Street is a part-time opportunity within the restaurant foods team, offering a pay range of $16.50 to $17.00 per hour. As a restaurant foods team member, you will be integral to helping customers prepare quick, nutritious, and delicious meals by handling a variety of food preparation tasks. This position involves cutting, preparing, and serving both hot and cold food items, as well as assembling and packaging meals for customer convenience. Employees will gain experience working in various specialized food departments such as the pizza shop, sub shop, sushi, salads and sandwiches, and hot foods bar. The role demands a strong focus on food safety, including correct storage, rotation, and merchandising practices. Moreover, the position is customer-facing, requiring team members to build relationships with customers by providing timely, friendly, and attentive service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
