These roles offer flexible schedules, with hours and days varying, including both AM and PM shifts, details of which will be provided during the interview process. The pay rate ranges from $15.75 to $16.50 per hour, reflecting the importance of these roles in the overall hospitality experience. You will perform a variety of essential tasks, including washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables, weighing and measuring ingredients, and safely transporting food items and equipment between workstations. Maintaining cleanliness by sanitizing work areas, equipment, and utensils is essential, ensuring a hygienic environment compliant with food safety regulations. Your role will also involve stocking supplies, adhering to recipes and production standards to maintain quality and portion control, and delivering excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns professionally and efficiently.\n\nThis position requires prior food service experience, with preference given to candidates who have experience in a healthcare setting, although this is not mandatory. Job Duties

  • Prepares and presents food as needed
  • performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables

  • carries pans, kettles and trays of food in accordance with safety standards
  • stores food following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures
  • cleans work areas, equipment and utensils
  • distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment
  • utilizes approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and portion control
  • serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner
  • resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor
  • ensures compliance with company service standards and safety requirements
  • performs other duties as assigned
