Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum six months of related experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and speak in English
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Able to distinguish colors and hear sufficiently for safe job completion
- Ability to safely operate standard kitchen equipment
- Food Handler's Certification from San Bernardino County Public Health Department required within 14 days of hire date
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred

- SafeServ Manager certification preferred
Job Duties
- Set up trayline workstation accurately and timely
- Clean and sanitize pots, pans, dishes and utensils properly
- Maintain overall cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen area
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely
- Work independently ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks
- Perform other duties as needed
