Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum six months of related experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write and speak in English
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • Able to distinguish colors and hear sufficiently for safe job completion
  • Ability to safely operate standard kitchen equipment
  • Food Handler's Certification from San Bernardino County Public Health Department required within 14 days of hire date

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum six months of related experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write and speak in English
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • Able to distinguish colors and hear sufficiently for safe job completion
  • Food Handler's Certification required within 14 days of hire date
  • SafeServ Manager certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Set up trayline workstation accurately and timely
  • Clean and sanitize pots, pans, dishes and utensils properly
  • Maintain overall cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen area
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely
  • Work independently ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Perform other duties as needed
