Job Duties

  • Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
  • Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
  • Supervising multiple employees and delegating tasks appropriately
  • Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
  • Communicating effectively with team members and management
  • Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed
  • Assisting in training and development of new staff
