- at least one years experience in a supervisory role
- ability to instruct and train employees
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- ability to handle food preparation tasks

Job Duties
- Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation

- adhering to food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures and to recipes
- providing excellent customer service
