The role of Food Service Supervisor BOH at Constellation is a full-time position located at the Philadelphia Museum of Art in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have experience and passion in kitchen supervision and foodservice leadership. In this position, the successful candidate will lead and instruct a team of foodservice professionals, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and maintaining the highest food safety and quality standards. The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing food preparation and production tasks, enforcing sanitation procedures, and making sure that every aspect of meal service meets established portion control, appearance, and temperature specifications.

Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one years experience in foodservice
  • at least one years experience in a supervisory role
  • ability to instruct and train employees
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • ability to handle food preparation tasks
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
