The Food Service Supervisor role is a full-time onsite position located in Covington, Louisiana. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the correctional facility's kitchen by providing direct supervision of meal production and service. The selected candidate will oversee multiple employees and be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. The role involves hands-on supervision in meal preparation, cooking, and portioning, strictly adhering to company recipes and meeting contractual obligations. With an hourly wage of $20.00, this position offers the opportunity to work in a structured yet dynamic environment where precision, teamwork, and communication are essential.

As the Food Service Supervisor, you will lead a team in preparing and delivering meals that meet strict nutritional and safety standards. You will monitor the entire food production process to ensure compliance with policies and company standards.   • Food Handler’s certification (preferred)
  • Culinary arts degree or related advanced degree (preferred)
