Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- Minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
- Strong employee engagement leadership skills
- Previous supervisory experience
- Culinary production experience
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation compliance
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional communication skills
- Passion for high-level customer service
- Flexibility and task prioritization
- Working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System and report management experience (for internal candidates)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Experience with national school lunch programs is preferred
