The Food Service Manager role at Aramark is a key management position responsible for overseeing dining operations where customers order prepared foods from a menu. The Food Service Manager leads the front-of-house operations in cafeterias or residential dining facilities, working closely with the Food Service Director to ensure the delivery of excellent food service. - At least 1 year of experience in a management role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

- Ensure entire team is trained and able to implement
- Supervise team regarding production, quality and control
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and employees
- Follow all applicable policies, rules and regulations, including safety, health, wage and hour
- Lead the front of house of the dining operation (Cafeteria/Residential Dining Facility) in conjunction with the Food Service Director
- Plan, direct, and coordinate food service activities to deliver a finished product to the customer
